Around The Basin are the most experienced team at getting riders on the Queenstown Trail network. They provide quality bike and E-bike hire, winery rides, half or full-day options, and even supported tours for groups, all packaged together with a personalised Kiwi-flavour.

They aim to give every level of riders the opportunity to experience the spectacular Queenstown Trail network, giving you the tools for an epic ride. Here are just some of the experiences on offer:

Bike the wineries rides
There are three self-guided winery rides to choose from. The full-day allows for plenty of time to relax, unwind and explore both Arrowtown and the wineries of the Gibbston Valley. The three-quarter-day option is a great mix of riding with time to explore the cellar doors with a later start time. The half-day option is recommended for those with only an afternoon to spare or are looking for a shorter ride. All options allow you to bike at your leisure through spectacular Central Otago wine country, with time for wine tastings, food platters, or a restaurant lunch among the vines. You will be collected from any venue in the Gibbston Valley for the return shuttle back to Queenstown. A detailed winery map will be provided to help with navigation.

Cost: From $95 adult

Duration: Full-day, three-quarter-day or half-day options, 9–25km.
