The Coastal Pacific is back!
The Coastal Pacific train is back in action from 21 September after its annual winter break.
Cruise up from Christchurch on the Coastal Pacific to Picton and the Queen Charlotte Track. While you're in Marlborough, add an extra day or two to sample some of the region's premium wines, gins and craft beers on the Marlborough Wine Trail.
You can pre book your bike or e-bike on the train journey (ex Picton, Kaikoura or Christchurch).
The Coastal Pacific train timetable operates 4 days per week (Thursday – Sunday) from 21 September until 14 December 2023, then 7 days until 28 April 2024.

3. Accommodation is subject to availability.
4. Accommodation must be booked through Holiday Parks New Zealand.
5. Cancellations will be subject to the individual park’s cancellation policy.
6. The voucher must be redeemed at one holiday park for one stay.
7. This competition/promotion is only open to Aotearoa New Zealand and Australian citizens or residents. The prize does not include any travel costs to or within Aotearoa New Zealand.
8. Entrants must be 18 years (or older) and be subscribers to the Holiday Parks Hello! newsletter.
9. Holiday Parks New Zealand employees and contractors are not eligible for this competition/promotion.
10. The competition runs from 12th to 2nd October 2023, with the prize randomly drawn and announced on 20th October 2023.
