Suitable for riders from beginner to immediate, our bespoke tours allow you to enjoy riding at your own pace, with time to soak up the tranquillity of the Nelson Tasman countryside. All necessary bike gear, transfers, two breakfasts, lunches and gourmet dinners included; many other options available including additional nights, and boat excursions into Abel Tasman National Park or heli-bike trips in the Marlborough Sounds.

If you want to explore the area using the cycle trail and maybe some other cycling routes too, and you enjoy planning your adventure with little bit of help, then the Tasman Explorer is what you need. It is aimed at the experienced cyclist who likes to be a bit more independent. We can help you follow routes that bring the total tour distance to 200–300km using The Great Taste Trail and Tasman backroads. You could choose to stay with The Great Taste Trail and cover just over 170km. However, in our opinion, some of the best cycling routes are on the backroads, just off the cycle trail.
Duration: 5 to 7 days
